Robert (Bob) Paszek, Founder &
President. Bob has over 30 years experience in the car
business, covering all phases of dealership operations. As an approved General
Manager by Southeast Toyota, Bob managed extremely successful Toyota
dealerships in North Carolina and Florida. Bob has also been an Isuzu dealer
principal in Lakeland Florida, operating one of the top selling Isuzu
dealerships in the nation. After graduating from Central Catholic in Detroit,
Michigan, Bob entered the US Marine Corps, serving in Vietnam and completing a
10 year tour of duty. Bob completed his formal education at Eastern Carolina
University. Bob is the creator of the Prospect Vision system, and his work
ethic, professionalism and customers for life attitude continue to serve as
guiding principals for the company today. |

W. J. (Bud) Bolin, Founder &
Vice President. Selling his first automobile at age 17, Bud
instantly became addicted to the automotive industry. His first assignment was
with GMAC serving the metropolitan NY area and specializing in wholesale
finance reviews, retail finance, lease training and sales for over 12 years.
Bud joined World Omni (Southeast Toyotas captive finance arm) as part of the
8-person inception team offering financial services for Southeast Toyota
dealers. He is an expert at leasing, having have spent 12 years as the owner of
Central State Leasing, with 4 locations in Florida and $27 million in-house
lease outstanding. He also served as the General Manager of BMW, Dodge and
Toyota dealerships. For the last eight years, Bud has served as Secretary
Treasurer for Prospect Vision. Bud holds a BBA degree and continuing
educational classes in Business from Rutgers University. |

Allen Levenson, Vice President
Sales & Marketing. Allen has over 20 years of automotive
and marketing experience. Prior to joining Prospect Vision, he spent 8 years as
Vice President Sales & Marketing of Asbury Automotive Group, a $5.7 billion
publicly-traded dealer group with over 120 franchises across the U.S. Revenues
nearly doubled during Allen's tenure, and he helped lead the company's
successful IPO. Allen was responsible for all sales, marketing, Internet, CRM,
strategic planning, and public relations activities. Allen was an avid user of
Prospect Vision for the last 6 of his 8 years with Asbury, and he considers it
the most productive marketing tool the company ever employed, crediting it for
generating thousands of incremental new and used vehicle sales and increasing
the company's repurchase loyalty from 8% to 17%. Prior to Asbury, Allen was
founder and President of gazelle.com, a leading venture capital-funded
business-to-consumer e-commerce site. Previous experience includes consulting
with McKinsey and Bain & Company, where clients included both a domestic
and European automotive OEM. Allen has an MBA in Marketing from the Wharton
Business School and a BA in International Relations, Magna Cum Laude, from
Tufts University. |

Scott Keller, Director of
Sales. Scott has over 20 years automotive sales and
marketing experience. He spent 12 years as the General Manager of a multi
franchised dealer group where received several sales of excellence awards to
include the Presidents Sales Award and the Diamond Sales of Excellence Award.
In his tenure he also received accolades for having the highest market
penetration in the South East Region at 258% objective of sales where he
appeared in Automotive News. Scott's belief is that you can never have enough
training when it comes to sales and marketing. Since leaving automotive retail,
Scott has attended over 15 seminars from many of the top sales and marketing
coaches in the country that keeps him attuned to the latest sales and marketing
strategies in today's changing economy. Scott is a graduate of the University
of North Carolina Greensboro where he received BS Degree in Marketing with a
minor in Physiology. He is also a graduate of the NADA Dealer Academy. |

Steve Clamp, Director, Account
Administration & Fulfillment. Steven has 25 years of
retail experience, with the last 10 devoted solely to automotive retail. His
dealership experience includes sales, Internet, BDC management, finance &
insurance and general management. His accomplishments include Salesperson of
the Year Awards, top F&I producer with GMAC, and turning a failing Kia
dealership into a thriving, profitable enterprise. Steven has been involved in
Prospect Vision since the beginning. As a sales person, he ran the first pilot
program, successfully demonstrating the value of equity-based data mining.
Taking no walk-ups and solely utilizing Prospect Vision, he demonstrated that
he could be a top unit producer with high profit margins. Steven holds a B.A.
degree in Psychology, Magna Cum Laude, from Winthrop University in Rock Hill,
SC. Steven has a strong work ethic and believes through hard work and
persistence, anything is attainable. Regardless of the position Steven holds,
he strives to be the best and constantly looks for ways to improve. |

 Billy Jones, Director of
Creative & Web Design. A Successful business owner and
entrepreneur, Billy brings experience, talent, skill and knowledge to Prospect
Vision. President of Idein Design, Inc. (the exclusive design-arm of Prospect
Vision), Billy has over 15 years of creative and Internet services experience
and has been involved in numerous projects on a national level. Billy has
developed web and promotional campaigns for such names as Dale Jarrett and the
late Dale Earnhardt, as well as several Global companies. Billy and his company
have received national accreditation with award-winning campaigns and
design/promotional pieces with cutting-edge visions and solutions. |

 Gary Premo, Data
Analyst. Gary comes to Prospect Vision after a very
successful 20 year career in the US Navy, retiring at the end of 2009. While
serving our country as a Meteorologist/Oceanographer, Gary had numerous roles
and tours of duty, including advising our top military commanders on
environmental conditions in the Persian Gulf and a leadership role spearheading
a team that gathered climate and ice conditions of the polar caps for Pentagon
leadership and the science community. Using databases to collect, store and
manipulate environmental data became a facet of the job that interested Gary
and came naturally to him, such that he changed his educational goals from
Meteorology to Computer Science. Gary is on schedule to receive his Bachelors
of Computer Science, with an emphasis on Database Management, from Strayer
University in June 2011. |

 Chris Keller, Software
Engineer/Database Administrator. Chris comes to our team with
over 15 years experience in the computer industry. After several years of
operating a successful PC repair business, Chris decided to further his
computer and programming knowledge in college. Chris studied Computer Science
at Catawba Valley Community College, where he was also a Math and Information
Technology instructor, and then moved on to receive a Bachelor's Degree in
Information Technology from American Intercontinental University in 2005.
Before joining our team, Chris worked on several programming projects for local
businesses, including 3 years as a software engineer for Freedom Shopping, Inc.
Chris is an accomplished .NET Developer specializing in ASP.NET and MS-SQL
Server and he is also a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in Microsoft
Dynamics CRM. With Chris' help, we have been able to make huge improvements to
our database structures and in tracking the success of our campaigns. |
